The language of
Mathematics is difficult enough for traditional students
to acquire. Our students whose first language is not
English face tremendous obstacles in learning the
language of Mathematics given their lack of competence
in basic English. Traditionally, Math teachers have
ignored the literacy issue that their students face.
Rising ESL populations are now forcing teachers to find
new ways of educating these
students. We are committed to developing new, effective
methods of teaching literacy in Mathematics to all
students.
Below is a description of how each of our products is
targeted to ESL populations:
3forE TAKS Warm-Ups: Helps students become
more familiar with the types of questions they will face
on the TAKS test.
3forE ESL TAKS Warm-Ups: Provides translation

SpiderMath (Algebra 1 and Geometry): A word

students understand the relationships between Math
concepts.
